Best in Backyards is a backyard retailer that serves homeowners in New York and Connecticut. The HearthStone product line features indoor and outdoor heating products, marking a pivotal moment for Best in Backyards, as the brand had never offered indoor products until this launch. We unveiled this product line with an integrated marketing campaign that generated interest from new audiences across New York and Connecticut. We created a landing page, email teasers and announcements, and a series of social media posts to drive early-season interest and in-store traffic. The launch resulted in thousands of new impressions and increased followers across multiple digital platforms and, for the first time, made it possible for the Best in Backyards sales teams to cross-sell indoor and outdoor products across multiple showroom locations in the tri-state area.
